A Air Force 445th Airlift Wing C-17 Globemaster III parks on the flightline at the 165th Airlift Wing after delivering 419th Fighter Wing cargo and personnel April 30, 2022, in Savannah, Georgia. Airlift units transported cargo and personnel in support of Sentry Savannah 2022, the Air National Guard’s premier counter air exercise which encompasses 10 units of fourth and fifth generation fighter aircraft, tests the capabilities of our warfighters in a simulated near-peer environment and trains the next generation of fighter pilots for tomorrow’s fight.
