Solomon Sears was born in Franklin , June 22, 1816 and on December 24, 1845he was united in marriage with Olive D. Fisher, atTecumseh, who was born in in Octo-ber, 1820 and who died April 3. 1874. Four chil-dren were born to them—Lucy now the widowof Dr. E. McFarland; Isadore died in infancy;Dwight Brainard is now in charge of the farm andHenry L. died in 1887. The .second ofour subject was in August, 1875 and he was thenjoined with Ph(ebe L. (Robinson) Hull who wasborn January 29, 1832 in Niagara C<iunty. N. Y. Our subject has ever resided upon this farm,which consists of one hundred and eighty-threeacres, of his fathers old homestead all under goodi Tiprovc but he at one time engaged for some six.
