A child plays with a flag while attending a ceremony honoring three Navy officers who had been held as prisoners of war (POWs) by Iraq. The three naval aviators - LT. Robert Wetzel, LT. Jeffrey Zaun and LT. Lawrence Slade had been shot down during Operation Desert Storm and were among the first group of ten coalition POWs released on March 4th.
