YOKOHAMA, Japan (March 12, 2017) – Master-at-Arms 1st Class Kathleen Randolph double checks her uniform before marching with other Sailors from Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka in the 13th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Motomachi, Yokohama. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 26,000 military and civilian personnel.
