Police officers arrest an activist during the commemoration. On July 20, 2015, a suicide bomb attack was carried out by ISIS on many people who were on their way to bring toys to Kobane in the Suruç district of ?anl?urfa. During the 8th commemoration, the police intervened in the youth organizations in front of the Alsancak Türkan Saylan Cultural Center. 13 people were detained. After the detention, cloves were left in the sea for the 33 people who lost their lives in the massacre.
