JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 21, 2017) Naval Air Crewman (Helicopter) 2nd Class Brent Knutson, assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 48, swims in a relay during the 2017 Naval Helicopter Association Region 3 Aircrew Competition. Ten teams of four Sailors competed in a six-mile course consisting of pull-ups, swimming, running, a canoe relay and callisthenic exercises.
