Temple of the Muses, Finsbury Square, London, England. After an anonymous work dating from the early 19th century. Later colourization. Before it burned down in 1841 the Temple of the Muses was thought to be the biggest bookshop in the world at that time. It is reputed to have had half a million volumes in its stock.
