A British soldier demonstrates holding a weapon to Romanian counterparts. NATO troops have been training in Romania for exercise Noble Jump 2017. Over 4000 troops from eight nations are taking part. It's designed to test the responsiveness and readiness of the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force or VJTF. The VJTF is NATO's spearhead force able to deploy within 48 hours.
