Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Arthur Bourke measures wind speed and direction with a handheld anemometer on the island aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) on May 8, 2006. The Eisenhower and embarked Carrier Air Wing 7 are participating in a composite training unit exercise. Bourke is a Navy aerographerís mate.
