Staff Sergeant Keith Kissel, a loadmaster with the 204th Airlift Squadron shows how to properly use the seat harness on a C-17 Globemaster III aircaft during a Bosslift event held on July 19, 2017. Begun in the early 1980s, the Bosslift program gives public and private employers an opportunity to see citizen airmen and soldiers on the job when they are away from their civilian occupations.
