LILLIUM CANDIDUM (Annunciation or Madonna Lily). Northern France grown. (Ready for delivery in September.) Many people do not know how easily they may grow these wonderful flowers in their own gardens. From twenty to thirty large snow- white belis are borne each season on their long stems giving forth a delightful frag- rance during May and June. Plant as early as possible in the fall, covering with not more than 2 inches of dirt. Dust bu'.bs lightly with sulphur before planting to in- sure best results. Prices, extra fine large bulbs, 20 cts. each; $ doz. Powdered sulphur, 10 cts. per Lillium Candidum LILLIUM AURATUM PLATYPHYLLUM (Gold Banded Lily). Large, graceful, frag- rant ivory-white flowers.
