Marines with Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East) present flowers to the families of Col. Vincent E. Clark, former commanding officer of FRC East, and Col. Clarence T. Harper III, commanding officer of FRC East, Cherry Point, , Feb. 24, 2017. Clark was retired by Gen. Glenn M. Walters, assistant commandant of the Marine Corps, after the Change of Command ceremony and Harper III took command of FRC East.
