SANTA RITA, Guam (April 11, 2016) — Machinist's Mate 1st Class Kevin Livingston, assigned to the submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39), runs to embrace his family on Sierra Pier after a six-month deployment, April 11. The return to Guam is Emory S. Land's first since homeport from Diego Garcia to Guam, Dec. 23. Emory S. Land is an expeditionary submarine tender conducting coordinated tended moorings and afloat maintenance in the 5th and 7th Fleet areas of operations.
