Thus there must havebeen a free space between the septum and the fundus ; and since its endwas smooth and broad, that means, probably, that it had not been tornduring the preceding delivery. In all forms of double uterus, be it horned or not, the vagina maybe single or double. If there is a double vagina, there commonly is avaginal portion in each half.
