Palloptera muliebris fly, signalling with it's patterned wings.
A lovely little fly, about 5mm wandering on the kitchen wall. The name is a perfect description, palloptera means 'trembling wings' and this species do seem to signal with their wings, flipping them to face forward, either together or separately.
