Sidmouth, UK 14th Mar 16. A project to plant one million bulbs – the dying wish of a Canadian millionaire, is underway in Sidmouth, Devon. Around 500,000 bulbs have now been planted by volunteers in Sidmouth, Devon over the last three years.
