One of my favourite row of trees, anywhere. And it happens to be in my home village of Radley in Oxfordshire, England. It's close to the Thames, prone to flooding and also to fog rising from the river. It manages to look pretty just about throughout the year - and particularly here in mid-winter, with hard frost sprinkling the ground, as the sun rises through mist. And a dog walker is just passing
