Snöslunga Anglok was used to shoot the slung. Therefore, it was quite expensive to use the slun for it, two herds were required for two man on locomotive and sling. SJ had three steam-powered snow throwers. They were called A1 and A2 (they were equal, from around 1907) and A5 from 1944 and which was intended for mainly bully and blown snow in Skåne. A5 was greater than the elderly. SJ also had two powered slings with about the same capacity from 1924, A3 and A4.
