The precarious public personnel as temporary and interim personnel in abuse of temporality, we keep our swords raised, because after the vote of the RDL nothing has changed and everything is to be achieved The months of September and October will be crucial to try to clear the uncertainty about their future, and that is why the alternative unions of the militant and class left, from the strictest observance of autonomy and independence in the decision-making process, agree to continue with new mobilizations to avoid the attempt to hastily apply the RDL 14/2021; as well as to redirect its content in the processing of the bill towards positions more favorable to the right to job stability of the affected personnel and the preservation of the quality of public services. It is required that the abuse of temporary employment be established, regardless of the contractual relationship that is maintained with the public sector employer, in a maximum of three years, attending to ordinary, stable and permanent needs for the same employer.
