SASEBO, Japan (Dec. 14, 2016) Japanese college educators visit a historic ammunition magazine while on a tour of Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo on Dec. 14, 2016. The magazine still has some yellow camouflage from World War II. The educators visited CFAS as part of their research on Sasebo's history as a military port and the changes that took place as it developed. They toured facilities built by the Imperial Japanese Navy in the late 19th and early 20th century.
