Jeffrey Farris, deputy commanding general, 108th Training Command, following a tour of the Mobilization Division, Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization & Security (DPTMS housing area at Fort Bliss, Texas, on July 30, 2021. During the visit, Aguto received an initial orientation of the Fort Bliss Mobilization Force Generation Installation (MFGI) in support of Army Reserve and National Guard units and visited the Dona Ana Range Complex, New Mexico.
