An ovoo made from stones placed by worshipers with a scarf covered branch on top and offerings left by shaman and the faithful


An ovoo (obo or oboo) made by worhipers, shaman and Buddhists. A stone is placed by the worshipers while praying and circling the cairn in a clockwise direction. The ovoo is topped with a branch that is adorned with blue scarves or khadag, flags and small banners. Offering are placed randomly on the stone altar.
