Air Force Col. Patrick Miller, 88th Air Base Wing and installation commander, welcomes Walter Jones on behalf of the installation into his new role as the director and chancellor of Air Force Institute of Technology, during a ceremony, July 27, 2021, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Jones replaced Todd Stewart who retired from the position in March 2021.
