TYPICAL GALICIAN OCTOPUS GASTRONOMIC FORUM 2007 GIRONA CITY CATALUNYA CATALONIA SPAIN
Pep Palau and Von Arend asociates organizes this annual gastronomic meeting wich is located in a different city every year. 2007 was in Girona (catalonia community, north east of spain). During a week most of the best catalan and spanish chefs shows their master aknowledges in gastronomic areas. In Girona's forum gastronomic 2007 master chefs with a michelin stars as Ferran Adrià (from El Bulli restaurant in Roses) shared new skills and habilities with other chefs as Roca Brothers (from El Celler de Can Roca restaurant in Girona City) or Carme Ruscalleda (Sant Pau restaurant in San Pol de Mar). Parallelly to the master classes there are a big comercial fair. This annual event will go to Santiago de Compostela on february 2008.
