The window in the Reichstag through which Marinus van der Lubbe supposedly entered the building to start the Reichstag fire in February 1933. This fire was used to create fear of a communist rising, which enabled Hitler to pass a law allowing him to rule by Decree.
As far as my research is able to ascertain, I believe this image to be a part of the public domain and free of any copyright restrictions. However if you are intending to use it commercially it is recommended to make sure that there are no restrictions for your use in your country.
