NanoFrazor lithography, SwissLitho. Silicon wafer containing dozens of NanoFrazor lithography probes. The NanoFrazer, a nanopatterning technology demo

NanoFrazor lithography, SwissLitho. Silicon wafer containing dozens of NanoFrazor lithography probes. The NanoFrazer, a nanopatterning technology demonstrated in 2011, was developed by IBM scientists. The company SwissLitho was founded in 2012 to establish the technology as a standard for nanoscale clean room operations. The first NanoFrazer tool was delivered in 2014.
