Technicians for food artists Bombas and Parr prepare the world's biggest jelly art installation for the Museum at Night festival by spreading 55,000 litres of lime green jelly around the ss Great Britain in Bristol. The jelly, inspired by the historic use of lime by sailors, will be lit from below, making Brunel's iconic liner appear to float on a sea of jelly. 18 May 2012.
