They shall be at least 12 feet in length, exclusive of pipes of each size from 4-inch to 24-inch, inclusive, there shall be twostandards of outside diameter, and for pipes from 30-inch to 60-inch, inclusive,there shall be four standards of outside diameter, as shown by Table No. II.
