Yukari Miyake raises the crowd’s spirits with her opera-like voice Nov. 14 during a performance with the Navy’s 7th Fleet Band, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force band and the Republic of Korea’s Navy band at the Nippon Budokan Arena, Tokyo, as part of the JSDF Marching Band Festival.
