PORT VICTORIA, Seychelles (Nov. 19, 2014) - Sailors assigned to USS James E. Williams (DDG 95) work with Seychellois during a community relations event at the Mahe National Park , Nov. 19. James E. Williams, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, homeported in Norfolk, Virginia, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Africa.
