SASEBO, Japan (Sept. 16, 2015) Chief Information Systems Technician Arrieanne Copeland has a combination cover placed onto her head by Chief Electronics Technician Justin Marlatt during a chief petty officer pinning ceremony aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20). Green Bay is attached to the Bonhomme Richard Expeditionary Strike Group and is currently in a Selective Restricted Availability (SRA).
