A woman from Grass-roots cleaners union CAIWU (Cleaners and Allied Independent Workers Union) holds a poster 'We are NOT the dirt WE CLEAN' at a protest outside the offices of Capita in the centre of the City of London against the cleaning contractor Mitie.
