Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) In-Service Engineer Dan Lin received a Bravo Zulu from Rear Adm. Casey Moton in Dec. of last year after finding a low-cost, short-term solution to a waterjet problem on many Navy ships. Lin’s quick fix saved the Navy hundreds of thousands of dollars in immediate costs, while a long-term solution is being analyzed.
