A model 1730 grenadier's sabre, Lightly curved blade with a groove next to the back, the crowned cipher "AR" on both sides, and "B" stamped on the obverse side. Brass knuckle-bow hilt with a shell-shaped guard and thumb ring. Leather scabbard with internal brass fittings. Blade lightly stained, scabbard leather in a condition appropriate for its age.
