Navy Corpsman David Halston, assigned to Emergency Medical Facility Dallas 1 at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas, assist an injured patient to the ambulance during a mass casualty exercise July 28, 2018. Members from the 301st Fighter Wing Medical Squadron, Emergency Medical Facility Dallas 1, NAS Fort Worth JRB Fire Department, Marine Air Control Squadron 24 and MedStar honed their life-saving skills and strengthened their joint partnership. Texas Wing Group VI Civil Air Patrol participated as patients.
