INDIAN OCEAN (Nov. 4, 2015) Marines and Sailors with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit provide security during a mass casualty drill on the flight deck of the USS Essex (LHD 2).The Marines and Sailors honed their skills to become quicker and more efficient should a situation arise where medical attention is needed.
