David Coffman, director of Expeditionary Warfare, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, meets with staff of Coastal Riverine Group TWO (CRG 2) prior to a tour of the Mark VI patrol boat during a visit to Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC). NECC organizes, mans, trains, equips and sustains Navy Expeditionary Combat Forces to execute combat, combat support, and combat service support missions across the full spectrum of naval, joint, and combined operations.
