Metoidioplasty: this surgery is the second alternative for transgenders FtM, lighter than the phalloplasty, it consists in lengthening the clitoris to create a small penis. Secondly, testicular implants are inserted into the neo-scrotum (created from labiums). It is this second stage which is illustrated in this photo essay. Presentation of the sex before the insertion of prostheses.
