The Hampton Roads Naval Museum hosted a re-enlistment aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB 64). MM2(SW/IW) Thomas Soper, from the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station-Atlantic (NCTAMS-LANT) proudly held up his right hand and re-enlisted today in front of his family and members of his command. The Wisconsin is a popular venue for military ceremonies, and is available without cost for area commands to use through the museum.
