The tractor is one of the few vehicles light enough and high enough to cross a precarious section of flooded roadway leading to the farmstead without damaging the road. As of April 12, more than 500 National Guard airmen and soldiers are conducting flood operations in North Dakota, with the vast majority in Cass County.
