Spotted Turtles Clemmys guttata Tulsa Zoo Oklahoma United States 5 December Immature 10 weeks old Emydidae

The soggy bottomlands used by Spotted Turtles have been drained for agricultural and residential use, or changed into more open water not preferred by Spotted Turtles. This loss of habitat has isolated populations of these turtles and the pet trade has further reduced their numbers.
