Under roof and decorated gable of a Torajan house (or tongkonan) in Sulawesi (Indonesia). In the middle, a vertical free standing pole supports the upswet portion of the roof. On it, an array of buffalo horns is a sign of prestige showing off the wealth of the household in a manner to their social status.
