May this not be an empty toast, but be overflowing withthose invisible realities which make the cup of life itselfsweet and invigorating. It contains the assurance to all theother States of the esteem and admiration of this State; ofdeep affection and good will, and the sincere wish that thecoming years be crowned with Unity, Happiness and Serenity.
