Triumph was built in 1921 at the Chas. Burrell & Sons works at Thetford, Norfolk, England. It worked at Newton Poppleford, Devon, before being acquired for restoration and a new life touring steam rallies, shows and other events showcasing veteran and vintage vehicles.
