The Chimney Sou Kaibab Trail Grand Canyon A series of switchbacks takes hikes down a chimney of Kaibab limestone at the top of the South Kaibab Trail - Grand Canyon National Park This South Kaibab Trail is steep - has no water and little shade. Canyon views are excellent because the trail follows ridges. Access to trailhead is now via the free park shuttle bus.
