But the sun shines brighter now, andlast night I had a sweet dream of home; and I sat before theold hearth-stone, and with father, mother and all the lovedcircle of better days, sang the evening hymn and heard theprayer of intercession go up from fathers aged and tremblinglips, and we all talked oi the better home in the fadeless , doctor, when you came in, I had just awakened from thatsweet dream and was wondering why I could not have sleptand dreamed on. And then I asked, would I ever realize thesweetness of that dream. Ah, well, replied the doctor, You are better now, sleeponce more, maybe you will dream again.
