Every year from February through March, the Arizona Renaissance Festival & Artisan Marketplace is held in Gold Canyon on the east edge of the Phoenix metro area. People dressing in period costumes get to place the role of artisans, knights, musicians, servants, shopkeepers, tavern owners, aristocracy and royalty — as well as the dregs of 15th and 16th century society. I loved this guy's costume — maybe a soldier for hire?
