Here will be found an interestincollection of oo/traits of Commanders in-chief of the Armies, alsof distinguished Generals, sketches of frontier life, and Forbespen and ink sketches of the war. On the second floor, N. corridor, are the apartments of theSecretary of War; here will be found an exceedingly interestingcollection of portraits of Secretaries of War and distinguishedMihtary Officers. (See page 138 ) On the third floor (No. 69) is the War Department Library,comprising 16,000 volumes. The rest of this wing of the build-ing is occupied by the Administrative Bureaus.
