(August 4, 2022) Family of Sailors aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) wave the ship’s battle flag as it prepares to depart Naval Station Norfolk August 4, 2022. The departure commences the ship’s scheduled homeport shift to Rota, Spain, as part of the Navy’s long-range plan to gradually rotate the Rota-based destroyers.
