(March 11, 2019) From left to right, Chief Musician James Hicks, from Lake Butler, Florida, and Senior Chief Musician Andrew Oppenheim, from Modesto, California, play tuba during the Navy Band concert at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. The Navy Band performed in 10 states during its 23-city, 5,000-mile tour, connecting communities across the nation to their Navy.
